What a great place to
stay!!! The staff was very friendly. It is
close to all the sites. This is our first
vacation in a long time and our whole family
has fun! The hot tub was a great amenity
after doing all the walking around the
caves. We definitely plan on coming back!
All in all… Hocking Hills was a blast!

Roasted Marshmallows
This was
our first time here. The hot tub was so fun!
At night we went out and the moon was really
bright and the sky was so clear. Our cabin
was so private which was nice. Once we got
the fire started we roasted marshmallows and
made s’mores. YUM! Also, we heard lots of
birds singing from the deck. We hope to come
back again soon!

Wore the Dog Out
We had a great time at this beautiful, very
well maintained cabin. It was very clean and
had all the amenities of home, including
flat screen tv. Great view and being able to
take the dog with us was a plus! All the
hiking wore the dog out. This was our second
time staying with Old Man's Cave Chalet's
and we weren't disappointed.

Rest and Rejuvenation
We come
the the Hocking hills a few times a year and
we mainly rent from OMCC and I must say that
I have never been disappointed. After
probably 20 or more rentals from you all, I
can honestly say that you are the best at
giving us the rest and rejuvenation that we
need from working hard and the daily grind.
We always come home feeling good and happy
about the good time we had there. Thanks
OMCC, we'll see you soon.

My husband
and I stayed in Coyote. We had never stayed
in any of the Old Man's Cave Chalets prior
to staying in Coyote, so we did not know
what to expect as far as facility or
reputation of Old Man's Cave Chalets. Our
first impression of the hospitality that we
received was wonderful. There was a snow
storm that particular Friday, the roads were
in very poor condition for driving, so the
owner(?) of Coyote met us at the main
intersecting roads to drive us up to the
house in his 4-wheel drive truck. That alone
was amazingly nice and very noteworthy as to
the kind of folks who run the Chalets. The
following morning, the same man returned to
Coyote to drive my husband back to our car.
We were very grateful.
The home itself was immaculate. But not only
was it very clean and tidy, it was
beautiful. The wood and tile floors (esp the
wood floors) were beautiful; it was
decorated very tastefully, fashionably, and
beautifully; the design of the home was open
(referring to vaulted ceiling in living
room, and the living room open to dining
area), yet cozy and warm. Because of the
cleanliness and decor (i.e. non-cluttered,
non-chaotic atmosphere), our stay was very
relaxing = EXACTLY what we needed. On top of
the very nice facility, the view was
incredible even from the hot tub, seeing
that Coyote is at the top of the hill. We
could see rolling hills for miles and miles,
blanketed in pure while glistening snow. I'm
sure the view is spectacular in any season,
as there are no trees obstructing the view.
We will most definitely return to Old Man's
Cave Chalets and we will recommend you to
anyone we know who is interested in staying
in the Hocking Hills. Thank you for a
wonderful facility in an amazing location!
